By accessing or using any application or service provided by B-Systems OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Estonia (registry code pending), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
B-Systems OÜ operates a portfolio of web-based software applications ("Apps") accessible via various domains. Each App provides specific functionality as described on its landing page. Services may include but are not limited to: productivity tools, business management tools, educational platforms, content creation tools, and data management applications.
Some Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Paid features are billed through our payment processor, Mollie (Mollie B.V., Netherlands). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes (VAT is handled by our payment processor).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You agree not to: (a) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services; (c) interfere with or disrupt our services; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
All content, features, and functionality of our Apps are owned by B-Systems OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and operate all services on EU-hosted servers in compliance with GDPR.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Systems OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
